Business Development Manager, Training and Certification
We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager. This role requires a unique blend of business acumen, technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
The key responsibilities of this position include:
* Developing and maintaining a pipeline of training opportunities, providing regular forecasts, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Creating strategic segment plans, sales enablement goals, strategies, and forecasting for AWS Training.
* Conducting sales enablement activities to educate internal teams on AWS Training offerings, how to position them with customers and partners, and keeping them informed about new programs, policies, and procedures.
Basic qualifications include:
* A minimum of 5 years of experience supporting customers in a federal contract environment.
* Experience conducting Training Needs Assessments and developing Training Plans.
* Business development and/or sales experience, preferably in the IT Training industry.
Preferred qualifications include:
* A technical background in engineering or computer science.
* Knowledge of Amazon Web Services or Cloud Computing concepts.
* Marketing, operations, and training delivery experience.
