Join a fast-paced, fun, and dynamic brand as our new e-commerce Trade Manager where you would be responsible for our market in Australia and USA
This role will be focused on both front and back-end management of the site & App, stock allocation & performance, site conversion, merchandising, and development of the end-to-end CRO roadmap.
A varied, holistic role solely focussing on the website, UX UI, Customer Journeys, and online experience. As well as have a piercing eye on the conversion.
Reporting to the Head of e-commerce, to trade the online business, drive online growth and brand presence. Responsible for driving the promotional plan, and content calendar & taking ownership of online performance.
Leading a small team of junior e-commerce professionals you will be in charge of the entire online experience and making sure everything is optimized to a high-quality level.
Have an organized eye on all things merchandise (100 new a week) and makes sure everything is up to date and all SKUs are uploaded and well presented.
What's needed:
- Experience in fast-paced & high volume online commerce
- Fashion industry experience
- 4-5 years experience ready for that next step up
Details:
- Head office in Botany - Parking included
- Required to be in 5 days a week.
- 10% Bonus - incentive program.
