About the role As the parts interpreter, you will play a key role in the aftersales department, managing internal and external customers and delivering high levels of service every time. Work closely with the technical team to ensure accurate parts interpreting, assist the parts manager with accurate stock management and maintain strong communication with all stakeholders. If you have hands on parts interpreting experience, apply now! Duties Handle internal and external parts inquiries and sales. Prepare invoices accurately and efficiently. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Maintain an accurate and relevant inventory, driving efficiency through sales, service and parts departments. Manage inbound and outbound freight and warehousing tasks. Ensure a safe and healthy working environment.
