One way we bring this to life is by hiring and developing exceptional talent, to deliver on our wide array of audit, tax and advisory services.**About the Role**As an Assistant Manager in our Audit practice you will have opportunity to partner with a diverse range of public and private sector organisations across multiple industries.Get the opportunity to work with key clients, strong partner exposure and career progression pathways, while still having the flexibility to have a work-life balance.* Manage, lead and develop the Audit team to ensure successful completion and execution assigned engagement* Service line management, including contribution to overall service line strategy.* Identify audit and engagement risks and assist to determine the appropriate audit for each assignment and communicate to the Audit Directors* Review working papers, audit queries, correspondence and reports prepared by the team to ensure compliance with audit plan, procedures and appropriate quality of work* Lead and participate in technical consultations**About you*** Relevant tertiary qualification* 3 years of external audit experience within a professional services firm* CA/CPA qualification (or equivalent)* Previous experience in supporting and managing a teamWorking for BDO you will be part of a growing and market leading skilled services firm.
