Lead Bid Specialist
The successful candidate will lead the bidding process for our company, managing multiple stakeholders and deadlines. This role requires strong leadership and project management skills, as well as the ability to communicate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
Responsibilities:
* Manage all aspects of the bidding process, including coordinating with sales, engineering, and other departments
* Develop effective technical, management, and service solutions to win bids and increase revenue
* Work closely with sales and technical leads to translate technical specifications into compelling proposals
* Coordinate internal resources, including product management, engineering, and sales operations
* Responsible for commercial and technical volumes
* Review customer requirements and summarize them internally
* Identify and mitigate risks within opportunities
* Lead Customer Value Proposition (CVP) workshops and Lessons Learned (L2) reviews
* Collaborate with pricing teams to create financial models
* Interface with product management and engineering to develop new content for proposals
* Organize and track requests and responses using company databases
* Manage tight deadlines and customer requests
Qualifications:
* Minimum 5 years experience with domestic and international bids and proposals
* Bachelor's degree in business administration or technical field
* Working experience of multidisciplinary teams including PMO, estimating, engineering, financial and commercial management disciplines
* Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
* Understanding of basic contract language
* Proven leadership and management experience
* Advanced fluency in reading and writing Spanish
