THE POSITION
Play a vital role in mobilisation—support roster planning, recruitment, and team building ahead of go-live in mid-January.
Oversee and perform clinical cleaning in preparation for operations.
Lead cleaning and waste teams across scheduled, periodic, and unscheduled tasks.
Allocate tasks and manage rosters for seamless service delivery.
Conduct audits to maintain and exceed hygiene benchmarks.
Support infection control procedures, including high-risk cleaning.
Train, mentor, and onboard staff for success.
Confidently use iClean and ICT systems to track, log, monitor, and report to senior management.
THE PERSON
Minimum 2 years' experience in a hospital-based cleaning supervisory role.
Skilled in supervising, motivating, and training diverse teams.
Strong background in resource allocation and responding to unscheduled requests.
Knowledgeable in inventory control and waste reduction practices.
Experienced with cleaning machinery (scrubbers, buffers, etc.).
Tech-savvy with scheduling and reporting systems.
Holds or willing to obtain a National Police Check and Working with Children Check.
