Job Summary
The Partner Sales Manager APJ Startup Acquisition role is a critical position in the Amazon Web Services (AWS) Startup Partnerships team.
* Develop high-volume sell-through businesses in the APJ territory and lead pipeline acquisition through local partners.
* Drive opportunity pipeline with strategic technology and consulting partners for SUP accounts, ensuring alignment with AWS's strategic direction.
* Own partner sales revenue, trends, opportunity registration, and business reviews to manage progress against business plans and core KPIs.
* Demonstrate ability to develop initiatives that drive the creation of opportunities with partner field sales organizations and accelerate opportunities to successful business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities

* Driving incremental revenue through highly-leveraged sales engagements that employ partner sales staff to achieve sales goals.
* Ensuring strong account management, product management, program management, and business development engagements with partners.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
* 5+ years of experience in consultative sales, preferably in a partner-facing role.
* Proven track record of driving revenue growth and developing high-volume sell-through businesses.
* Strong account management and relationship-building skills.
