Job Description
The candidate will be responsible for managing Dell's overall customer experience in UAE to build Dell's perception as a premium PC brand in the country. The scope of the role will include:
1. Brand Advocate Management: Recruitment, training, and performance management of Dell brand advocates in the country.
2. POS Management: Standardize planograms in the market, deployment, and maintenance of planograms as per guidelines to build a premium positioning for Dell.
3. Quarterly Brand Campaigns & Demand Generation with Retailers: Drive quarterly national campaigns for the brand. Plan quarterly marketing plans with managed retail partners and ensure execution as per guidelines. Build campaign user journeys to deliver a consistent message across all formats for the brand.
4. Customer Experience Monitoring: Monitor customer experience through mystery audits in retail and digital visual merchandising quarterly.
5. Budget Management: Manage country marketing budgets.
