Project Manager - Bridge Strengthening and Specialized Civil Engineering
We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to oversee the strengthening of bridges and deliver specialized civil engineering projects.
About The Role
* Support the planning and execution of bridge strengthening and bearing replacement works
* Coordinate FRP works and post-tensioning operations, ensuring seamless project delivery
* Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and day-to-day site activities, maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and environmental performance
* Monitor budgets, schedules, and progress, reporting directly to the Senior Management Team
* Liaise with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to achieve successful project outcomes
About You
* A degree in Civil or Structural Engineering (or related discipline)
* Previous experience in bridges, structures, or civil infrastructure projects, with a strong track record of delivering complex projects on time and budget
* Knowledge of FRP works, bearing replacements, jacking or post-tensioning, highly regarded
* Strong organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
* A commitment to safety and quality delivery, with a focus on continuous improvement
