They are seeking an experienced Senior Change Manager to join the Cyber Uplift Program, which aims to strengthen the organisation’s security and systems resilience. The program consists of multiple concurrent workstreams, with a focus on initiatives aligned to the Cyber Security Essential-8 framework. Role Purpose Drive the planning and delivery of end-to-end change management across projects and business-led initiatives, ensuring successful adoption and sustainable outcomes. Partner with business leaders to embed change within their teams and achieve expected benefits. Contribute to the Change Practice by applying a consistent framework, tools, processes, and reporting to strengthen change management across the organisation. Key Responsibilities Conduct Stakeholder Analysis and Change Impact Assessments. Develop and implement Change Management Plans. Establish Change Success Measures to influence and monitor effective adoption. Develop and deliver change activities as required (eg. communications or training). Assess change and business readiness. Develop change reporting as required. Identify and manage change risks, issues, assumptions and dependencies. Engage and collaborate with project and business stakeholders, as well as Change Management practitioners, Communication Managers and Capability Managers. Essential Skills & Experience 5 years Change Management experience. Ability to work on a single project or support multiple projects / activities. Skilled in applying change processes and behaviors to prepare audiences for sustainable change. Experience working with mid-senior level stakeholders (eg. middle management and GM's). Self-motivated and capable of working independently, seeking guidance for complex or ambiguous situations. Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills. Ability to influence and negotiate effectively across teams. Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills. Systematic problem-solving with informed decision-making. Essential Cyber Experience: Cyber literacy and contextual understanding of security controls. Ability to look at the enter Cyber Roadmap and bundle the changes to prevent change fatigue. Cross functional impact mapping where they can identify how one cyber change impacts difference business lines. Board and executive presence - to communicate cyber risks effectively and articulate the program’s value and ROI to the Group Executive Team (GET).
