Early Childhood Leadership Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to join our team as an Assistant Service Manager. In this role, you will play a key part in managing the day-to-day operations of the service, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures, and meeting operational targets.
You will work closely with the Service Manager to drive business success, model leadership and innovation, and foster a safe, positive, and fun environment for all.
* You will design and implement engaging learning programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* You will provide confident support and motivation to your team of Educators, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements
* Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care
* Minimum 2 years experience in a current Second in Charge role
* Strong knowledge & understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
* Current Working with Children Check
* First Aid and CPR certificates including Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
