Bupa has an opening for an Analytics Assurance Manager to be a partof a newly formed team created to embed and drive a data driven culture,meeting the data access and analytical needs of the Bupa Group Internal Audit(GIA) Function and its stakeholders. While this role will focus primarily onthe APAC Region, the team has international scope and breadth and will beresponsible for addressing all departmental needs specific to the planning,organising, staffing, directing, and controlling of the data analytics andassurance operation.
This is a hybrid, permanent, full-time position basedfrom our Melbourne offices, when you aren’t working from home.
How will I help?
1. Support the delivery of assurance work carried outby Bupa’s auditors, by providing in-depth and insightly analysis of availablerisk and business data.
2. Play a key role in supporting the evolution of howGIA uses available data for its risk assessment and assurance planning andevolving this become part of a real-time led ecosystem.
3. You’ll support the team by developing theiranalytical tools and delivery of greater access to data sources.
4. Produce all GIA’s existing management andoperational reporting from Bupa’s core audit management platform.

5. Proficientin applying data analysis and data visualisation techniques and tools indiverse scenarios, including SQL and Power BI
6. An Excelwizard, bringing skills in writing VBA models
7. Analytical in approach, including systematically drawing on multiple information sources to draw a clear and sound conclusion.
8. Demonstrate a strong understanding of data architecture and data analysis concepts
·Peopleleader, with past experience managing, developing and engaging small teams(1-3)
