A leading builder who has grown considerably over the past 5 years is now looking to expand their team. A formidable name in the WA market, known for their bespoke & innovative designs and quality workmanship. Due to continued growth and a strong pipeline of projects, they are seeking to appoint a Drafting Manager to their team.

The Role:
1. Supporting and managing a team of 5 Draftspersons as well as overseeing an overseas operation.
2. Managing all aspects of single custom-designed homes and unit developments.
3. Liaising with internal departments and external stakeholders.
4. Having a solid understanding of different construction methodologies and R codes.
5. Ability to forward plan and contribute at a senior leadership level.
About You:
To be considered for this opportunity, you will have the following skills and experience:
1. Proficiency in ArchiCAD (essential).
2. Experience in residential building (essential).
3. 4+ years of experience working with a builder.
4. Currently in a Drafting/Design Manager position (advantageous) or an experienced Draftsperson looking to step into a management role.
What's in it for you?
A salary ranging from $100k - $125k + Super (depending on experience).
