As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for driving business expansion, building strong client relationships, and delivering targeted product updates and training sessions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop tailored sales plans to optimize key trade accounts
* Build and maintain robust client connections to propel growth initiatives
* Provide structured product training and updates via face-to-face and virtual sessions
* Onboard new advisors with comprehensive guidance
* Promote brand awareness through strategic marketing initiatives
* Manage distribution of promotional materials and trade collateral
* Track sales activities and provide actionable insights to enhance performance
Requirements
* 5 years of experience as a Business Development Manager or equivalent relevant Travel Industry experience
* Proven success in sales roles with a track record of achievement
* Effective time and schedule management skills, both on-site and remotely
* Proficiency with Excel and other Microsoft applications
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including confident public speaking abilities
* Strong analytical skills with the ability to apply data findings to business development strategies
* Self-motivated individual focused on achieving monthly and annual targets
* Proven collaboration skills with the ability to work independently and within a team
