Lease Administration Role
* Calculate Monthly Reports: Fixed, CPI, and lease events for property managers.
* Handle Landlord Queries: Lease administration-related inquiries.
* Process Lease Documentation: IOV/MOUs, correspondence, and reports within required timeframes.
The ideal candidate will possess strong Excel and data software skills, with experience in property management systems, accounting knowledge including reconciliation, excellent communication and teamwork abilities, and a positive, client-focused attitude with independent work capabilities.
