**About the role**
We are looking for a Service Manager join the team where you will be supporting the service and maintenance technicians to meet operational and company directives. You will be responsible for collaborating with employees and managers to drive customer satisfaction through quality workmanship and excellent customer service and also meet financial targets and identify new opportunities.
**Key Responsibilities for the role**
- Manage, lead, inspire and support your teams to provide "totally dependable service to all clients". Provide development and training opportunities to ensure they provide quality and consistency on all jobs.
- Creating and maintain strong relationships with all stakeholder provide timely communication on all stages of projects. Discuss options including WHS, environmental, cost and scope and any variations required.
- Achieve desired outcomes through safe and effective use of resources and achieve timely and accurate completion of all projects in accordance with codes, standards and specifications.
- Attend weekly management meetings and execute tactical and operational plans as assigned, identify inefficiencies and communicate department goals and KPI's to all direct reports.
**Skills & experience**
- Experienced in a similar role with a proven history of leading and developing direct reports, through mentoring and training.
- Trade qualified plumbing licence, asbestos awareness, WFH, White Card, WWVP, current drivers licence. Sound understanding of WHS and QA rules and regulations.
- Capable of ensuring exceptional customer service, excellent communication skills with all stakeholders.
- Ability to clearly and effectively communicate with all trades and suppliers and build effective and ongoing relationships.
- Strong understanding of all codes, WHS standards and regulations and proven ability to guide and provide direction to all employees in all safety measures.
