About the role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to join our team at Ropan Financial Planning Group. As an Administration Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting the smooth and productive operation of our Bendigo office.
What you'll be doing
* Providing administrative support to the team, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements
* Handling general office duties such as answering phone calls, greeting visitors, and maintaining office supplies
* Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
* Performing data entry and maintaining electronic and physical filing systems
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders as needed
* Providing support for special projects and events as required
What we're looking for
* Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative support role
* Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and work efficiently
* Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
* Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
* Adaptable and able to work well in a team setting
