The Role
- Manage sales administration processes, including exchanges and settlements.
- Coordinate marketing, advertising, and social media campaigns.
- Support both property marketing and agent personal marketing.
- Book and coordinate signboard installations and auctions.
- Upload and maintain property listings across digital platforms.
- Manage print and digital marketing, including website, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Google.
- Write engaging and creative property copy.
- Assist with branding initiatives to ensure brand consistency.
- Provide general marketing and administrative support as required.
Ideal Candidate
- Holds or is willing to obtain a Certificate of Registration (COR) in Real Estate.
- Previous real estate administration or marketing experience preferred.
- Highly organised with strong communication skills.
- Confident using digital platforms and managing social media.
- Creative, detail-oriented, and proactive.
