This is a diverse and rewarding role where no two days are the same. You might be supporting learning on the ward one day, facilitating workshops or implementing new practices the next, and mentoring colleagues across a range of clinical areas. You'll have the opportunity to influence how care is delivered, promote best practice, and contribute directly to the professional development of your team.
A talent pool may be created for future roles and will remain valid for 18 months.

About You
We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, approachable, and genuinely enjoys helping others grow. Strong communication skills, curiosity, and a willingness to learn and share knowledge are essential. You'll need:
* Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia
* Relevant clinical or education post‐registration qualifications, or equivalent experience deemed appropriate by the employer
* Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
