Hudson is currently assisting a long term client in their search for a contract UX Designer Expert. This project is establishing a new platform to manage workflows which need to be setup in line with IT Architecture principles, but as well support a great end user experience. This role would be well suited to someone that has solid UX experience, excellent comms and previous ServiceNow experience would be a bonus.
What you will be doing in the role:
- Establishment of User Experience principles and guardrails for the wider programme. This includes process as well as technology experience principles
- Creation of an approach to validate and test end user experience (in collaboration with the user engagement lead).
- Establishment of a process to embed the validation of UX principles within the design and design approval processes of the programme together with the Solution Architect
- Creation of an UX Design Approach for IT Request Management. Working jointly with Solution Architect, Product Owner and user engagement lead to develop ideas.
What you will need to be successful in this role:
- Experience working on agile projects
- Experience as an User Experience Designer
- Strong written and verbal communications skills including ability to interact well with customers
- Self-motivated, excellent team player
- Support the teams' commitments
- Ability to own, resolve and/or escalate impediments
