Job Description:
* Strong understanding of the travel or retail industry
* Extensive proven experience in key business analysis discipline areas including: requirements elicitation and documentation (as user stories, use case and acceptance criteria), process analysis and documentation, and organisational strategy
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Knowledge in business process re-engineering and improvement
* Well-developed written and oral communication and facilitation skills
* Ability to conduct virtual meetings and workshops
* Excellent documentation skills, both technical and non-technical
* Attention to detail and effective organisation, and time management skills
* Strong business acumen and critical thinking skills
* 5+ years of experience in a similar business analyst role
* Business Analyst's formal qualification is highly desirable
* Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central is highly regarded
* UI/UX experience is highly regarded
