About Orion Care
Orion Care is a fast-growing NDIS registered provider.
Our vision is to provide quality care support and services as a platform for enabling and maintaining a sense of purpose and independence in life for our participants.
Our services include accommodation, allied health, and personal care services.
The Opportunity
We are looking for a dynamic Enrolled Nurse who will be supported by a dedicated team of Support Workers and Clinical Leads to ensure the ongoing daily care and support of an Orion Care participant requiring intensive, person-centred care and rehabilitation.
We are looking for a special someone who can guide and influence a team of passionate Carers. You will focus on mentoring, coaching, and supporting the site, mitigating risk, and ensuring our team provides the highest quality of care at all times, with a strong person-centred outlook.
A key component of this role is building and maintaining strong, respectful relationships with stakeholders, including participants, families, guardians, allied health professionals, behaviour support practitioners, and internal clinical and operational leaders. You will understand that high-quality care is underpinned by trust, collaboration, and clear communication, and you will actively contribute to positive and transparent working relationships.
If you believe you can inspire a team to be their best in an environment where connection, collaboration, and laughter are part of the infrastructure of care, we would love to hear from you.
How you'll make an impact
This role is a pivotal part of our leadership team, where you will oversee support workers and participant care, ensuring holistic needs are met while your team receives the guidance and clinical leadership required to maintain the high standards Orion Care prides itself on.
You will work collaboratively with families, external providers, and internal stakeholders to support continuity of care, proactive risk management, and positive participant outcomes. You will not only be supporting your team but caring for people living with permanent physical disabilities.
If you have experience working in complex care environments and understand the importance of coordinated, person-centred support, including behavioural support, mental health needs, and complex physical care, we would love to speak with you further.
