WE'RE ON THE LOOKOUT FOR A COMMERCIAL ANALYST TO HELP SHAPE THE FUTURE OF DORMAKABA. In this role, you'll be right in the middle of some transformational projects — including our future SAP migration and the rollout of self-service BI dashboards. You'll help turn complex data into simple, impactful insights and support the delivery of financial and non-financial KPI reporting across the business.
Reporting directly to the Head of Finance - Commercial, this role provides valuable insights to support Finance Business Partners in driving growth and sustainable performance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
* Supporting financial transformation projects with a focus on SAP and BI capability uplift
* Designing and delivering dashboards that enable insights for key stakeholders to utilise
* Creating and maintaining financial and non-financial KPI reports
* Collaborating with teams across the business to understand reporting needs within the Commercial portfolio
* Promoting data-driven thinking and building a culture of analytics from a financial lens
* Improving how we work with data - from quality to usability, educating the business throughout the process
YOUR SKILLS
You love diving into data, finding the story behind the numbers, and helping people make better decisions. You're proactive, curious, and excited by change - especially when it comes to driving improvement through smart tools and clever thinking.
* Experience in commercial analysis, reporting, or transformation projects
* Skilled in Power BI or other dashboarding tools
* Familiarity with SAP or large-scale systems is a plus
* Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
* Comfortable translating data into simple, actionable insights
* HFM knowledge preferred
