About the Role
TCWA is currently seeking a Sales Administrator to join our successful team based at our Forrestfield head office. Reporting to the Executive Assistant & Administration Manager, this role is responsible for assisting with the sales administration process for our New Trucks Sales team.
This role requires someone who is a quick learner, adaptable, and has the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
1. Processing the sales administration of new trucks
2. Providing administrative support to the sales team
3. Assisting with month-end processes and ad hoc reports
4. Completing licensing and paperwork of new vehicles
5. Assisting with relief cover for reception as required
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following:
- Previous exposure and experience in a similar position would be highly desirable
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work autonomously and in a team environment
- The ability to work well under pressure
- Strong organisation and time management skills
- Current Driver's License & vehicle
