* Leverage marketing programs to support sales achievement and territory penetration through proactive customer contact.
* Responsible for meeting sales targets and creating growth opportunities through telesales focused on specific SSPG consumables sales programs.
* Manage pricing within territory to optimise profitability as determined by the portfolio team.
* Utilise sales data to improve sales efficiency and capture greatest value.
* Constantly strive to improve selling skills, product, industry and competitive market knowledge
* Monitors outcomes of activities through use of SalesForce.com, including managing a pipeline of opportunities and applying this data to support financial forecasts.
* Actively participate in teamwork forums to share market trend insights, competitor intelligence, and customer feedback.
* Participate in training and development programs as a means of continuous improvement.
* Positively represent at all times.
* Utilises a unique approach to improve outcomes of telemarketing programs and works with portfolio to implement ideas.
* Uses key tools and databases to mine for new customers.
* Meets critical metric objectives for number of outbound calls including new contacts and follow up calls.
