Our Client:
A small boutique Real Estate agency that packs a punch when it comes to results, our client is a supportive, collaborative, family feel style business that have a lot of laughs, and offer career progression!
Duties:
This role will see you working alongside the Director, 3 Agents and an Associate, where you will be providing crucial support in all areas of the sales process - from Listing support to Settlement support.
You will receive one-on-one training for at least 2 months, and your day-to-day will include:
* Support the sales team with day-to-day administration
* Coordinate marketing campaigns by booking photographers, copywriters etc
* Compile listings, OFI & auction kits / collateral
* Upload and update listings, social content and marketing materials
* Follow checklists and maintain sales folder compliance
* Liaise with solicitors, vendors, buyers and third parties
Specific requirements:
* 12months Real Estate experience (across any roles)
* A current Real Estate License or Certificate
* A car and a driver's licence
* Strong administrative ability and good attention to detail
