We're responsible for managing our technology networks and systems, supporting work health and safety compliance at our hubs, and ensuring our team members have the tools and resources they need to be productive.
We work collaboratively to provide data, systems support, and infrastructure that empower our people to deliver great outcomes.ResponsibilitiesOnboarding & Support: Supported current team members through onboarding and offboarding processes, delivered training sessions, and provided ongoing technical help.
Ensured practitioner details were current and training calendars were accurate.Systems & Reporting: Resolved technical issues, assisted with software testing and rollout, and maintained dashboards and reports to track key data.
Helped manage budgets related to system services.Compliance & WHS: Updated insurance and lease records, ensured compliance through external systems, and completed hub audits to uphold WHS standards.Project Coordination: Helped prepare new sites for go-live — from setting up furniture and amenities to enabling system access.
