Delaware North Australia offers a unique chance to become an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager at Marvel Stadium.
This role involves assisting in planning and managing the food and beverage operations for major events including concerts and AFL matches.
Key Responsibilities
Supporting retail operational activities, our team ensures staff are engaged and prepared to deliver exceptional guest experiences while showcasing Delaware North's quality driven services.
Your Role
1. Assist in coordinating Retail Food and Beverage operational activities to achieve seamless and profitable event delivery.
2. Deliver memorable guest experiences and operational success.
3. Utilise interpersonal and communication skills to lead, support and encourage the wider Retail Team.
4. Work within business targets including stock control and labour.
5. Support the provision of premium food and beverage.
About You
1. Event planning and management experience is highly regarded.
2. Experience in large-scale hospitality environments and/or Quick Service Restaurants.
3. Relevant experience leading across a sizable operation with multiple outlets.
4. Previous experience leading, coaching and developing large teams with exposure to conflict resolution.
5. Knowledge or experience in stock take activities.
6. Understanding of labour controls and food cost management.
7. RSA Certificate.
