You will be the 'face of the company' to clients and passengers, prioritizing customer needs in all tasks.Shifts are on a rotating roster (Monday - Sunday), with early starts from 2:30am and late finishes up to 12:00am (pending flight delays).
Successful candidates will need to pass a pre-employment medical.Key responsibilities include:Deliver check-in services for Star Aviation and airline customers accurately.Operate in a safe environment, understanding health and safety policies.Welcome passengers courteously at the terminal counter.Verify ticket information with passenger data.Check bookings and issue boarding passes.Educate passengers on airport security and luggage allowances.Guide passengers to the correct gate for their flight.Represent the airline and Star Aviation, ensuring customer satisfaction.Operate equipment safely and perform boarding gate duties, including public announcements.Perform Passenger Marshalling duties, maintaining safety and security.Assist wheelchair passengers, including pushing and transferring passengers and luggage.Complete relevant documentation and provide accurate information to passengers.Operate lifting devices in accordance with airline transfer methods.Ensure equipment like wheelchairs and E-Caddys are collected and stored properly.Assist passengers in finding family or friends within the airport as needed.Selection Process:Shortlisted candidates may be invited to an Assessment Centre on Wednesday, 9th July 2025.
