Position Overview: We are currently seeking a dedicated and responsible Maintenance Officer to join our team at Brisbane Airport. Under the guidance of the BAC Operations Manager (or delegate), you will be responsible for implementing maintenance services at this designated location. This role is integral to the success of our service delivery and will contribute to the capability development and compliance standards of the maintenance team. You will play an essential part in maintaining the retail site, ensuring safety and operational efficiency, and delivering an exceptional customer experience aligned with Trident Services’ vision and values. Key Responsibilities: Performing corrective and planned maintenance. Maintain facility-related records to meet statutory, internal, and external reporting requirements. Logging and completing jobs through client systems. Conduct asset inspections per defined preventative maintenance programs (PPM) or inspection schedules. Participate in on-the-job and off-the-job training sessions as directed. Contribute to workplace safety measures and report any hazards or incidents. Liaising with site management, contractors and airport stakeholders. Ability to work a rotating roster of 6am-2pm and 10am- 6pm Monday-Friday Skills & Experience Required: Strong verbal and written communication skills. 2 years of maintenance experience (precinct or retail preferred) Trade background or proven handyman skills Excellent customer service experience and well-developed client service skills. Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently. Strong awareness of Work Health & Safety. High level of personal integrity and professional grooming standards.
