Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Brand & Marketing Manager located in the Greater Melbourne Area.
The Brewtech Brand & Marketing Manager will play a critical role in developing and nurturing the business's identity and reputation in the market, as well as activating targeted marketing plans. Ensuring that the brand and products we represent and support resonates with customers, existing and new target audiences, to achieve sales objectives.
Responsible for the creation and execution of high quality and engaging digital and print content, social media strategies and campaigns to support marketing initiatives that share the Brewtech brands, culture and products around Australia.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Strategic Contribution & Brand Management
* Assist in developing and lead execution of brand marketing strategies, with a deep understanding of B2B & B2C marketing strategies for the various brands, products and services under the Brewtech umbrella, including developing strategies for the relevant digital and physical channels.
* Assist in setting and effectively manage the brand marketing budget to maximise return on investment.
* Team Leadership as a departmental manager, working cross functionally with other departments and individual team members.
* Conduct weekly WIP meetings with MD & Brewtech Sales team to provide clarity and direction in line with business strategy & vision, ensuring your weekly schedule is keeping up with business needs.
* Collate and produce data driven insights and commentary into a Monthly Marketing report to be shared with the MD & HOM on the efficacy of Brewtech's marketing efforts for the month and any subsequent actions that need to be taken to course correct or further invest on marketing activity.
* Contribute to and sustain a positive working environment and ensure that customers and stakeholders are satisfied and feel included.
Content and Design
* Creating and managing visual assets including photography, videography and graphic design across Brewtech's end-to-end customer journey - including website, social media, META accounts and Hubspot (EDM) communications
* Develop and curate engaging written content for platforms including websites, social channels and email marketing.
* Tell great stories, educate & inspire our community, maintaining a unified brand voice across channels.
* Managing the process of conceptual development and storyboarding to shooting and designing visuals through to postproduction editing, ensuring brand consistency and keeping in line with brand guidelines.
* Work with the sales teams to report campaign analytics and key insights and collaborate on marketing initiatives for generating new sales opportunities and strengthening existing customer relationships.
* Assist with the management and creative direction of any outsourced content creation when necessary.
* Create and edit original web, social, and media content using equipment including DSLRs, sound recording equipment, and smartphone capture.
* Edit photo/video content and create graphics using Adobe Creative Cloud or similar editing software.
* Assist in creation of sales documents and presentations as needed - customer proposals and presentations, brochures etc
* Ensure all shoots are run efficiently, cost effectively and all staff and relevant paperwork/invoicing are organised well ahead of time to avoid disruption to day-to-day business during scheduled shoots.
* Attend activations and produce live social media content when needed.
* Manage photo and video archives.
* Manage merchandise ordering, communications and stock management.
Partnerships & Events Focus
* Lead relationships and marketing commitments with new and existing brand partners directly with complete professionalism, energy, and market leading service to build brand awareness and engagement.
* Lead strategy and execution for trade shows, brand partner and owned events to build relationships, drive project leads and promote Brewtech strategic initiatives.
Customer and Supplier Focus
* Develop a high level of general knowledge about company products and services.
* Interact with social media audiences and respond to social media messages, inquiries, and comments.
* Promptly answer incoming requests, communicating & handling in accordance.
* Communicate & follow-up with customers any necessary information to achieve total customer satisfaction.
* Ensure supplier relationships are managed effectively and services rendered are of high quality and relationships and subsequent communications reflect positively on Brewtech
Key Selection Criteria:
To competently perform in this position, the person should possess the following knowledge, skills and experience:
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's Degree in Photography or Videography (not required but preferred)
Skills and Experience:
* Minimum 3 years marketing experience - experience shooting and editing photography and videography content (required).
* Ability to manage several projects at once with competing deadlines.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong copywriting and copy-editing skills
* Intermediate-advanced skills in Microsoft software.
* Knowledge of HTML code and digital graphic design.
* Knowledge of DSLR Cameras and some experience using studio lighting.
* Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite including Lightroom, Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
* Knowledge of Video editing programs such as Final Cut Pro.
* Proven familiarity with social media platforms incl. Instagram, Facebook,Youtube, Linked In, Tik Tok.
* Experience using WordPress.
