About the Role
This role supports a wide range of civil, mining services, and industrial projects across the Upper Hunter. Each day brings something different — hands-on work, machinery operation, and being part of a hardworking crew delivering quality outcomes for major clients.
Key Responsibilities
* General labouring duties across civil and industrial works
* Operating plant & equipment (experience with excavators, loaders, rollers or similar is highly valued)
* Assisting trades and site supervisors
* Maintaining safe work practices at all times
* Completing daily pre-starts, basic paperwork, and following site procedures
* Supporting project teams to ensure smooth site operations
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience in labouring and/or operating machinery
* A strong work ethic and reliability
* Able to follow direction and work as part of a team
* White Card (required)
* Plant operating tickets (highly regarded but not essential)
* Drivers licence (P's or above)
