We are seeking a dynamic, results-driven Sales Representative to develop and expand its presence across Australia.
The role focuses on direct yacht sales and managing an agent network.
The candidate will also play a key role in brand representation, media relations and major industry events.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales & Business Development
* Drive direct sales of yachts across Australia.
* Identify, develop and convert new business opportunities.
* Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets in line with company objectives.
Agent Network Management
* Develop, manage and support a network of brokers and agents across Australia.
* Ensure alignment with the brand positioning and sales strategy.
* Monitor and enhance agent performance.
Marketing & Industry Relations
* Act as a brand ambassador for our Yachts in Australia.
* Participate in major Australian boat shows and industry events.
* Coordinate boat show activities in cooperation with the Dubai office.
* Represent the brand during exhibitions, client events and sea trials.
* Travel internationally on occasion to attend major global boat shows and events.
Client Relationship Management
* Build and maintain long‐term relationships with clients and prospects.
* Deliver a high‐end, personalized customer experience throughout the sales journey.
PROFILE & QUALIFICATIONS
* Proven experience in luxury sales (yachting, marine or high‐end lifestyle sectors preferred).
* Strong understanding of the Australian market; existing network is a plus.
* Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
* Self-driven, entrepreneurial and able to work independently while coordinating with international teams.
* Willingness to travel across Australia and internationally as required.
* Passion for luxury products and the yachting industry.
