Independent manufacturer and supplier of steel reinforcing products to the building and construction industry is looking for MACHINE OPERATORS.
* Day Shift 5:00AM - 1:30PM
* $36.23 Per Hour Day Shift
* Safe, clean and modern working environment
* Plenty of opportunities to become permanent after 6 months
The role will include but will not be limited to the following responsibilities:
* Operating overhead cranes and forklifts to transport products and materials
* Manual handling
* Operating machine to cut and bend steel (Manual bender, double bender and Shearline)
* Checking quality of products
To be considered, you will need to have:
* Previous experience in the steel industry or heavy manufacturing.
* Physically fit and able to handle heavy lifting
* Good work ethic, willing to learn and "CAN DO" attitude
* Ability to work 10-12 Hour days if required.
