**Key Responsibilities**: Provide personal care assistance to participants as required, assist with cooking, cleaning, and household tasks, support participants' engagement in community activities, maintain a calm and supportive environment for participants with challenging behaviors, collaborate with team members to meet participant needs, adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, follow individual care plans and support specific requirements.
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:
* Minimum Certificate IV in Disability, Aged Care, Community Services, or Mental Health
* Experience in personal care, cooking, cleaning, and supporting community participation
* Ability to work with participants with varying disabilities and high needs
* Familiarity with schizophrenia and its impact on participants
* Valid certification and potential mental health training
