About the role:
* Provide clear, practical advice, manage complex applications and reviews, and help drive continuous improvement across processes, communications and projects.
* Advise on licensing applications, statutory interpretation, administrative law issues, and regulatory policy .
* Support internal and external review processes for licensing decisions .
* Support the Director in leading the Licensing and Registry teams.
The ideal candidate:
* Sound administrative law judgment and ability to make practical, defensible recommendations in complex frameworks.
* Proven ability to write clearly for senior leaders and committees and communicate confidently with practitioners and regulators.
* Strong organisation and project management skills, including meeting statutory deadlines
* Comfortable operating in a stakeholder-heavy environment and influencing outcomes with professionalism and discretion.
