The Lancore West & North is a growing, family-owned real estate business proudly servicing Western and Northern Suburbs. We are seeking a motivated Property Manager / Business Development Manager to head our Property Management division and grow with the business.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to build something long-term.
The Role
Reporting directly to the Directors, you will be responsible for heading the Property Management section while managing a small portfolio and contributing to business growth.
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
* Managing a portfolio of residential properties
* Conducting condition reports, routine inspections, and exit inspections
* Managing open for inspections and leasing activities
* Handling renter and rental provider enquiries professionally and promptly
* Coordinating maintenance requests with approved suppliers
* Managing lease renewals, rent reviews, and rent arrears
* Ensuring compliance with all relevant real estate legislation
* Preparing leasing documentation, appraisal letters, and management authorities
* Key management and coordinating with photographers
* Using systems such as PropertyMe, Property Tree, IRE, Inspection Express, VAULTRE, and DocuSign (desirable but not essential)
* Generating leads and converting them into new managements
* Conducting rental appraisals and valuations
* Nurturing client relationships and maintaining an active database
* Working collaboratively with Sales and Property Management teams
* Representing The Lancore West & North professionally within the local community
Saturday work required – half day( Open Homes)
About You
* Current Agent's Representative Certificate (essential)
* Valid driver's licence (essential) and reliable car (preffered)
* Minimum 6–12 months property management experience
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Professional, proactive, and eager to learn
* Confident managing all aspects of property management independently
* Prior residential property management experience required
