We are seeking a Front Desk Associate to join our team at Pan Pacific Perth. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional service and ensuring their stay is memorable.
As a Front Desk Associate, you will be responsible for:
* Welcome and assist guests with luggage, room escorts, and valet parking
* Handle guest inquiries, phone calls, mail, and amenity deliveries
* Support the Concierge team in addressing guest concerns and maintaining lobby tidiness
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Positive team player, adaptable to changing situations and guest demands
* Current Western Australia Driver's License - C Class (manual and automatic)
