* Proactively identify opportunities to improve the Finance team's systems, processes, and controls, developing business cases and managing implementation.
* Provide leadership, coaching, and feedback to team members, building a high-performance culture with responsibility for succession planning and performance management.
* Manage external tax advisers and foster collaborative relationships across internal and external networks to optimise business outcomes.

Qualifications

* At least 10 years\' experience in a senior tax role, preferably within a legal or professional services firm.
* A bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
