About the Role
RWC Pacific Group is seeking an experienced Accounts & Trust Manager to oversee all financial operations across our commercial real estate business. This role is critical to ensuring compliance, accuracy, and efficiency across trust accounting, payroll, commission processing, and financial reporting.
This is a hands on position suited to someone who understands real estate trust accounting, thrives on detail, and can confidently manage end to end financial processes while supporting the leadership team with clear reporting and insights.
Key Responsibilities Trust Accounting & Compliance
* Manage all trust accounts in accordance with statutory and legislative requirements
* Process deposits, settlements, disbursements, and reconciliations
* Ensure strict compliance with audit and regulatory obligations
* Liaise with auditors and external advisors as required
Accounts Payable & Receivable
* Process supplier invoices, creditor payments, and reimbursements
* Manage debtor accounts and follow up outstanding payments
* Maintain accurate financial records across all entities
Payroll & Commissions
* Process payroll for staff and contractors
* Calculate, process, and reconcile agent commissions and profit share payments
* Maintain commission structures and payment schedules
* Ensure accuracy across entitlements, superannuation, and PAYG
* Prepare monthly Profit & Loss statements, cashflow reports, and budgets
* Build and maintain financial spreadsheets and reporting tools
* Track GCI, commissions, and business performance metrics
* Provide financial insights to the Director and leadership team
Systems & Process Improvement
* Maintain and improve accounting systems and workflows
* Work closely with operations and administration teams to streamline processes
* Ensure accurate data flow between CRM, trust accounting, and accounting platforms
About You
* Proven experience in real estate trust accounting (essential but not required)
* Strong understanding of payroll, commissions, and financial reporting
* Highly proficient in Excel / Google Sheets (P&Ls, reconciliations, reporting)
* Exceptional attention to detail and organisational skills
* Confident working independently and managing deadlines
* Experience with Xero and real estate accounting systems preferred
