Permanent Part Time | $35 – $40 per hour ; Casual | $40 – $50 per hour (inclusive of casual loading)

Your Role & Responsibilities:
* Provide person-centered and active support tailored to each participant’s goals.
* Assist with daily living activities, including personal care, mobility, meal preparation and household tasks.
* Support participants in social and recreational activities within the community.
* Implement individualized care plans and support strategies.
* Ensure a safe, respectful and empowering environment for participants.
* Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care and progress.
What You Bring:
* Evidence of working with people with disabilities, their families and support networks .
* A strong understanding of the NDIS Quality and Safety framework and NDIS Code of Conduct .
* Practical experience in person-centered and active support models .
* Ability to provide support during overnight sleepover shifts .
* Experience in team collaboration, supervision and conflict resolution .
* Strong time management, administrative, and computer skills .
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
* A resilient and adaptable approach to changing priorities and participant needs.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Certificate III in Individual Support (Disability) or a willingness to obtain it.
NDIS Worker Screening Clearance and NDIS Orientation Module Completion .
Current First Aid & CPR Certification .
Working with Vulnerable People (WWVP) Check with NDIS endorsement .
National Police Check (less than six months old) .
A valid Australian driver’s license (preferred).
Availability for flexible shifts, including overnight and weekends .
