We are a family-owned operation located in Helidon (25 km from Toowoomba). We specialize in the production of Sandstone products for both domestic and international purposes. Due to growth, we are looking to expand our team with a flexible, team-oriented individual to manage our office.
Daily duties include:
* Bank reconciliation
* Accounts payable
* Accounts receivable
* Payroll
* Workplace health and safety
* Government reporting
* General office duties
* Human Resources
This role would suit an individual with complete time management skills who can prioritise their work in a busy workplace environment.
Potential suitors must have:
* Computer literacy in the Microsoft Suite (word, office, excel)
* Experience using Xero
* Reliable transport
* Positive attitude
* Communication skills
* Team skills
Experience in Transport / Earthmoving & Construction / Mining is an advantage but is not necessary.
