As a Fleet Management Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our fleet. Key responsibilities include accurate FBT reporting for vehicles and corporate car parking. You will be responsible for coordinating fuel cards, registrations, servicing and replacement schedules. Log books will need to be audited, issues followed up and clear advice provided to drivers and stakeholders.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a solid understanding of government or organisational fleet processes and the ability to interpret and apply financial and fleet management policies. Experience supporting projects, reviewing systems and contributing to improvements is essential.
