We're seeking an experienced and organised Sales Representative to provide outstanding service to clients across Newcastle and surrounding areas.The Company G. James Glass and Aluminium is a leading Australian family-owned company, employing over 2,000 people nationwide.
We are known for quality, stability, and a strong commitment to developing our people.The RoleDrive sales growth and build lasting customer relationships by delivering tailored window and door solutions that meet client needs—while growing market share and profitability.Key ResponsibilitiesMeet and exceed sales targets and KPIs aligned with the annual budgetExpand brand presence and market share within the residential windows and doors sectorPartner with Branch Managers and Sales Teams to achieve business objectivesPrepare and submit accurate weekly and monthly sales reportsProvide exceptional customer service and project support, ensuring a seamless client experienceDevelop and maintain strong, professional relationships with customers and internal stakeholdersAbout YouStrong computer skills, including MS Office; experience with Oracle and V6 quoting is highly regarded.
