Position Overview
Serve as the primary contact for tenants to ensure all the facilities management processes and standards are upheld for projects across the Industrial, Hotel and Commercial sectors throughout Melbourne.

Responsibilities
* Serve as primary tenant facing contact for all maintenance and facilities management standards, activities and processes
* Coordinating and liaising with subcontractors for maintenance solutions
* Conducting minor repairs where applicable
* Maintain accurate maintenance records, inspection logs and compliance documentation
* Ensure WHS compliance
* Identify and resolving any potential issues that may arise
Qualifications
* Relevant trade background – carpentry, plumbing, electrical
* Previous Maintenance/Facilities Management experience
* Industrial or Commercial experience heavily favourable
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills
* Can do attitude and team player mindset
* Australian Driver's Licence and vehicle
