Exciting Opportunity: Senior Contracts Administrator – Burleigh

What We're Looking For:
* 5+ years' contract administration experience in construction
* Strong skills in procurement, forecasting, and contract management
* Experience with head contracts & subcontracts, including variations, delay notices, RFIs, and contractual notices
* Established local trade relationships (trade references required)
* Highly organised, commercially astute, and detail-oriented
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities
Your Responsibilities:
* Oversee procurement and contract administration, ensuring compliance with all contract conditions
* Manage payments, claims, and contract variations
* Lead cost forecasting, financial reporting, and risk assessments
* Collaborate closely with Project Managers and site teams to deliver successful projects
* Develop and maintain subcontractor relationships, negotiate agreements, and resolve contract issues
* Ensure all project documentation, warranties, and compliance requirements are completed
