About the role The IT Helpdesk Support Officer will deliver high-quality IT support, assisting with IT infrastructure and asset management, and contributing to the success of key technology projects. In this role, you will: Deliver responsive and effective Level 1 & 2 IT support Manage and help shape our internal ticketing system (currently in development) Coordinate and support technical projects across departments Maintain and track IT assets and inventory Oversee IT infrastructure support and security services For more information about this role, please refer to the position description. About You The ideal applicant will have: Bachelor’s degree in IT or equivalent technical support experience 2 years in technical support, ideally in a service desk or MSP environment Proficient in Windows, Microsoft 365, Intune (Autopilot & Company Portal), Screen Connect, macOS, MDM platforms, and IT asset management; familiarity with Jira or ServiceNow is a plus Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Proven ability to build positive relationships and work effectively in diverse, inclusive environments Excellent problem-solving, attention to detail, and time management Passion for women’s rights, social change, and advancing gender equality What to Expect Before you start, successful candidates will need to complete the following pre-employment checks: National Criminal History Check Valid State-Based Working with Children Permit Medical Declaration Don’t meet every single requirement?
