This is a standout opportunity for a top-tier Big 4 mover or established Fund Financial Controller/Head of Finance looking to step into a broader, more commercially impactful leadership role. You will join a well-established private credit platform entering a high-growth phase, backed by a highly regarded and entrepreneurial leadership team, with a clear mandate to significantly grow AUM over the coming years. The role sits at the intersection of finance, investments, and strategy, offering high visibility and direct exposure to senior decision-makers. You will lead all aspects of finance across the private credit business: Leading and developing a high-performing 10-person finance team Owning financial reporting, fund accounting, and performance analysis Driving FP&A, forecasting, and strategic planning Partnering with investment teams on cash flow, liquidity, and portfolio performance Overseeing NAV modelling, fee calculations, and fund structures Leading audit, compliance, and regulatory oversight Managing investor-related finance activities (capital calls, distributions, reporting) Driving process improvement, automation, and systems enhancement Your skills and experience: Background in Big 4 (Audit or Deals) with funds exposure, or a funds management environment Ideally exposure to private credit, real assets, or alternatives.
