Fleet Manager - Canberra - NV1 - Contract
Our Federal Government client is seeking an experienced fleet manager with defence experience to join their team on a 12-month engagement based in Canberra.
The successful candidate will oversee vehicle service delivery and manage all related risk, budget, and resources. They will be responsible for vehicle procurement and the vehicle driver training program, as well as project reporting.
The role includes oversight of vehicle TI and DSC assessments, coordination of vehicle disposal, and conducting vehicle design reviews with post. The candidate will also carry out acceptance inspections, drive vehicle compliance with departmental policies, deliver vehicle familiarization and handover training visits, and manage warranty matters.
This role requires and active NV1 clearance.
