We're looking for an Admin Clerk to join our Truganina Distribution Centre on a fixed-term basis (six months). This role plays a key part in supporting our operations through accurate data entry, document processing, and administrative coordination across our supply chain. If you have strong attention to detail, great organisational skills, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
What you'll be doing
* Data entry and processing of orders, invoices, CHEP pallet dockets and reports
* Managing inbound and outbound documentation for receivals and despatch
* Assisting with stock reconciliation and inventory tracking
* Payroll, purchasing and facilities coordination
* Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
* Answering phones, responding to emails and general admin queries
* General office duties as required
What you'll bring
* Administration experience, preferably in a logistics, warehousing or blue-collar environment
* Understanding of Chain of Responsibility and WHS/OHS
* Strong communication, time management and organisational skills
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cold chain environment
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
* Ability to work independently and within a team
